I could see a War time like effort, as long as it is limited in scope and scale in accordance with the crisis.
But then have a end state, return to previous ownership of the private sector.

@CB, That’s the trick isn’t it. The rollback of “nationalization”, martial law and other draconian measures after the crisis is over. CB, I’m sorry if I seem negative some of the time. Life is hard and trust is barely in my lexicon any more.
