    3rd world , nobody cares . I have always speculated that Africa has been a covert testing ground for all the powers , biological weapons .  That is because they are considered expendable , and its easy to contain , if it gets out of hand .

    The last time there was a huge outbreak, that stuff did get out. There were 3 cases here in the United States. This is definitely something to watch,
