Does anyone know how to grow Brussel’s Sprouts? How do you get those lovely large sprouts at each leaf axil? Do you remove the leaves once the stalk starts growing up? Right now, I cannot tell which is Brussel’s Sprouts and which is cauliflower. Both are new for me this year.
Fortunately, the cabbages are doing well; both the green and the red. The pak choy is also doing well, although it grows fast and must be harvested quickly.
Another question: what do you use for a row cover if the cabbage butterflies/caterpillars start being a problem.
