Hi. Checking in from Az’s “Central Highlands.” Even though Y2K didn’t happen, it gave my wife and me the wake-up call. We took it seriously, and prepared….A Lot.
Used to be a real estate broker, and observed that RE has not one, but two critical factors.”Location” of course. Equally crucial is “timing.” Among several other things, these are also two of the biggest factors in Survival and Self Reliance.
