It should be easy.Go to profile/change profile photo , and then just upload photo.
Feel free to ask for additional info if you still having problems.

Thank you. When I go to upload my picture, one I use everywhere else, it says it is smaller than recommended and that’s where it stops. Is it smaller than “recommended” or is it smaller than “allowed?”
