Hello everyone. New to the forum but been reading the articles for a while now. Haven’t gardened for a couple of years due to medical issues, but back at it in full swing this year.  Learned the hard way if you have to stay out of direct sunlight due to a medication, but you garden by moonlight, people will talk. LOL Only takes 1 spotlight from a helicopter to see how strong your heart is.  Been “putting by,” as my grandparents called it for most of my life. Currently working through Carol Deppe, Gene Logsdon, Wendell Berry, & Joel Salatin on my reading list.

my wife deals with the sunlight/medication thing. It’s difficult.

It is Matt!! Sometimes there are workarounds, buy in my case it was the only thing that kept the pressure in my eye at an acceptable level.
