Huge tax increase on farms estate taxes on inheritance of farm

  This is going to wipe out family farms. Even big ag is going to squeal at 39.6% tax after a million…. um small operation is either you inherit it or you marry it. Now there is no way for that to happen now….even in hot property area an apt is a million. Having to pay 39.6 percent how many could do that?

  That would be bad for a lot of small and medium sized family farms.
