Whoever thought using an “app” was a good idea?
And by the reporting, looks like they did not bother to really test it.
Regardless, this allows everyone to declare themselves the winner, and denying the real winner their due.
IF they declare Biden the winner, I call BS.
And that is the real death of Democracy. -

Failure to exhaustively test, and provide in-depth training to users prior to roll-out is all too common in the age of “agile” software development. For something as mission-critical and high profile as this it’s nothing short of malpractice. There will be lawsuits over this.

I think it is an insult to all those people who spent time campaigning in Iowa for their candidate. I think it is an insult to the people who attended the caucus casting their vote (or standing in a corner). I think it underminded democracy. The lack of transparency is appalling. People should be held accountable for this hot mess.
