There is no more sense of being powerless than seeing something unfold that you know is the tragic end of something you hold to your very being and not being able to do anything to prevent its destruction. In this case its our very republic founded on the ideas that Man is gifted by God with individual liberty and freedom, is sovereign to any governing body, and has the inalienable right to self-determination without government interference. That concept has been eroding for a long time little by little by the growth of a self-serving government hungry for both power and wealth. The freedoms citizens here once had are mostly now just an illusion. We have become more like zoo animals keep in a natural looking enclosure. We think we are free because we are told that we are, but just behind the shrubbery is the fence. Unfortunately, as bad as that has been its about to increase to light-speed. Goodbye USA. Hello to USSA.

@No Money,
Only thing I see on the horizon is Civil War 2.0.

Anonymous@ Crow bar,
A serious attempt to take the guns will cause that. No doubt some other actions to. Like having the banks steal our money or outlawing cash, gold or silver. Just knowing we have a dictator will do it.

Gonna depend on who’s side the dictator is on.
Think about that for a moment before jumping in.

Well, that’s a terribly unsettling article. And worse, it’s probably quite accurate.

Anonymous@ Whirlibird,
I know what you are saying, however, the rebels will be folks on the other side of the dictator, left or right.

From my perspective a soft war has already started in the MSM. It is not only what they say, but how they say it that concerns me.
Or the level of self-censorship to not report on inconvenient facts that counter their narrative.
