    There is s reason I used to take my uniform off in the garage and drop it in a separate laundry bag. Hot water wash and color safe bleach.

    This is one example. Transients and illegals carry all sorts of bugs, literal and figurative.

    This will not get better post-SHTF.

    I was born & raised in LA County. Went to college, then worked in the city itself, and spent a whole lot of time on LA county beaches.

    For such a huge metropolis, LA used to be so cool, fun, and relatively safe (if you stayed out of South Central LA.) Just like in the Randy Newman song…..really.

    Amazing how much it has change in just one lifetime.
