i am a 83 yr old female ,with COPD AND PULMONARY FIBROSIS… am on on oxygen 24/7,when the rolling blackouts started here in Texas, it was hard, as my oxygen is run by power….i was lucky to have 2 portable battery run concentrators, and when power on i charged them up while i used my reg one…..Was hard during night as power off ,same every hour, my daughter came and stayed with me to help change concentrators during the night,we managed, but a lot of people didnt make it, i think cities need to make a place for emergency use of medical life saving equipment .with generators, where people can go plug in for air…..we where on the list at the utility company as critical care, but thousands of others where too, they where overwhelmed, and people left to fend for themselves, i was so lucky to have family here for me……i have since bought a small indoor generator from GENERACK, which can power my oxygen concentrator, during blackouts, and it can be charged via solar panels, or your car…..best to be ready………pam
