Limit on meat purchases in supermarkets causing consumers to head to farms, butchers
I would like to see the local farmers set up a co-op for their own USDA inspection plant, manned by actual butchers.
Might cost more, but I would support that vs the big corp owned (or China owned) processing plants. -
