Interesting, as the SLC market is completely the opposite.

A coworkers son put their house on the market and had two offers for more than the listed price within two days.

      Where is that at?
Been reading urban and sub-burbs in and around big cities prices are crashing, while rural or those around smaller cities are actually going up in price.
Lots of people fleeing the big cities.

Locally there is zero housing available just some raw land with zero services.

Some of the rich out of towners have come but they stay away from the locals. Only see them at gas station, one of the farm people reconized their vehicle type  as belonging to one of the compound groups. The people doing maintenance there have been laid off and security now patrols at their gate.

There has been one incident where local farmer was driving on pasture road being harassed by security for a group…. it ended OK but no love loss to them after a big over reach on their part.
