Yep.
Seen more than a few people loose their minds over something as simple as a lack of connection to a web page.
Know one guy who called ATT like 3 times in an hour when he could not connect. Was not for work either. Just his home use.

Moving to farm changed the anger level, not like I have budhist zen but not having to deal with constant stupid people has made me calm down…. now I just leave stupid people standing there as I walk away you can’t fix stupid

Expectation of immediate connection on devices. Immediate knowledge thru Google It. Immediate gratification when people LIKE comments, etc. Many many things delivered to your door.
Or….in previous times we plowed up the garden/fields, planted, waited, weeded, waited, watered, waited……and some months later we had dinner.
