    You can’t fix stupid.
    No one seems to understand personal economics anymore. Not spending more than you have.

      Right?
      DONT buy a house that eats 25% or more of your take home paycheck.
      PUT 20% of your take home paycheck into your savings.
      TRY to stay out of debt! Pay off that high interest CC/loan/etc. first. Then roll what you would of paid for that payment into the next highest interest debt (snowballing). Get rid of debt!
