Most of the time, mine is on “do not disturb” except for my husband’s number. 🙂  All my text and email notifications are turned off too, and I am a business owner.

My cell phone is only for emergency only when on road. My home phone has a call blocker and I love it. No polictical nor sales can get through. It also cuts off spammers.  I do read up on some of the news from my e-mail but nothing to get me upset. I know what is going to happen in this world and I am not bothered by it. I might get mad at certain things like what has happened in VA. But on the other hand, nothing I can do about it so not going to loose any sleep over it.
