KeymasterYeah, inflation is right now, reducing our purchasing power.
That is not something that effects those in the upper class, but everyone.
Now, the upper class can absorb those costs without so much as a second thought let alone a first one (most of them dont know what the price of milk is, or even shop for themselves).
But the rest of us are feeling it.

ParticipantYears and years; that’s the truth. I don’t think it’s ever going to be like it was before.

ModeratorThis is a good article that explains a different issue of the backlog due to Kalifornia emissions laws and stupidity as the rest of the country suffers

ModeratorAround 2:05 it talks about propane shortages comms
seeing as this isn’t coming from a normal source it’ll hold more credibility to those naysayers

ParticipantHere’s the simple answer.
Stock up on the things that may become scarce or expensive.
Economic crash/hardship, war, pick your hardship.
What do you need to get through the situation with minimal assistance? What supplies do you need?

Moderator‘Supply chain shortage won’t end until everyone gets Vaccinated’…
Ships not being offloaded, trucks not moving and an appointed politician telling everyone it’s not going to stop till the kings demands are met

KeymasterYeah, I read another article, while it was decent, she lost me when she declared something to the effect of if we only got the whole world vaccinated, we could go back to normal!
If that is what it takes, burn baby burn.

Moderator😂 yeah guys quit crying and take one for the team. I’m not sure which team but “the team”.
They’ve no idea how bad it really is and is heading to yet. Blue cup substituted for purple today and no food tomorrow and no gas to get there and no heat etc. We’ve got ample delivery drivers here in the city anyway BTW. Most of them, I’ve discovered, live in their cars. They park in neighborhoods and parking lots to sleep. Go to gyms to shower. Eat food from places they deliver for. I discovered this because I’m an early bird and come in to shop and stuff as soon as they open and have seen them. I’d no idea it was happening here
Lets go team empty shelves Brandon

ParticipantThanks for posting these articles Matt. I guess all this prepping we’ve been doing over however long we’ve been doing it is going to come in handy, or necessity really.
