Do you suppose this might lead to folks setting up their own solar/wind alternate systems? Wouldn’t a great “care-4-planet” state like CA be giving rebates, etc? With outages hanging over everyone’s heads, it would make alternative plans more attractive.

People are stupid and cheap it’s a bad combo. Stupid because they don’t learn about how solar work with grid and cheap because without expensive batteries you are screwed(sold separately )
