The US Government Just Reclassified ‘Pink Slime’ as ‘Ground Beef’
Well there you have it 100 ground beef in all fast food and super markets near you…. makes me glad I grind my own beef.

We grind all our own venison, antelope and elk.
You buy red meat? The only “meat” we buy is chicken and pork occasionally.
And I’m trying to reduce the amount of those also.

I grow red meat, 3 year old till slaughter lowline angus grass fed grass finished… yummy. I do eat out expecially when on long road trips and vacations. Also go out to other people’s homes to eat, no local decent restaraunts so all I do when invited is have tea or coffee
