If this guy was trying to make a point/statement, it was a dumb way to go about it.
Interesting note, off-duty firefighter with a gun held the guy till the police could get there.

At least Missouri has CHL holders in Wal-Mart. Agree: That guy is too stupid to buy ice cream.
