So, say I had a CCW, and was armed.
Suddenly I feel something hit me from behind, it hurts, I turn and see someone with what appears to be a firearm.
Would it be a legit cause to return fire If I thought I was under attack? -
Short answer yes
Long answer depending on where ya live and the type of DAs etc ya got. It’s stupidity like this that causes me to have carry insurance through US Law Shield.
Say little to nothing to the police. They had a gun and tried to shoot me (if even that), here’s mine, I’ll gladly answer any questions after I speak to my lawyer. Then prepare yourself to go to jail and sit till that happens.
