    Fricaseed Giblets

    1 pound turkey hearts, beef or veal heart or giblets

    3 tablespoon flour

    ½ teaspoon garlic salt

    4 tablespoons margarine

    ¼ teaspoon celery seeds

    1 bay leaf

    1 cup milk

    Slice the hearts or giblets

    Mix the flour with garlic salt and roll each piece of meat in it.

    Melt the frying pan, add meat and cook until until golden brown. Add the celery seeds and crumbled bay leaf, then add milk. Cover the pan and cook over a low heat until the meat is tender. Serve on toast or a crisp tart shells or a ring of hot rice. This serves 4 or 5
