Appreciate it. I’ve got enough for two more batches
It hurt my man sense but I had to break down and read the instructions on the sure gel. I did it the way the video showed and what other canners were telling me but it just wasn’t working.

Ain’t gonna lie I was very skeptical at first. I thought man what is this hillbilly stuff. But I’m hooked. Red Bud is the state tree and abundant. This stuff lasts for year canned and everyone’s always talking barter. A case of jelly woulda bought me bout anything in the Balkans when I was there.
I gave a jar of the syrup that didn’t set up to a nurse who’s using it in her tea.
Plain beans n rice and oatmeal is gonna get real old real fast.
I’m just waiting in the mulberry to come in to try making it now -
