Russia is jamming GPS satellite signals in Ukraine

  I don’t care about this particular conflict but I found this of interest to us because getting back home or navigating to another location during an event could prove difficult without maps. Not many here will find that statement earthshakingly new however it shows a real time risk and action.

  I’m surprised that Russia hasn’t disabled the entire GPS system already. IIRC the US military has been supplying Ukraine with targeting information on Russian troops and equipment for months at least, with satellite based GPS playing a crucial role in those operations.
  Expect GPS to disappear someday soon, never to return. Paper maps still rule.

    My sister couldnt find her way out of a paper bag ……………..if your one of those people , your screwed . Yes , maps still rule .
