Had a snow camo poncho around for years, but it ended up being borrowed and never returned.
Much preferred it to a painters suit or the usual tops and bottoms.
It would cover the pack and all of your gear, and combined with a “woobie”, you stayed warmer than with other options. Plus when you hunkered down, you became an indistinguishable blob of white on white without all of the extra straps and colors from your gear standing out.
