Yep, welcome to Virginia second only to CA. We are now a totally sociallist state. Norstrum and his gooneys are now trying to put very restrictive gun laws into place. That includes that red law. We are now fighting them tooth and nail as my city right now is trying to declare a santuary city.. We now have 41 2A santurary counties and counting. People are lining up at the court houses fighting this. So hoping these laws will not pass. We need to protect ourselves from the vilence that is coming. Please pray that we win this fight. It is important to our second amendment rights.

Collusion between the government types and MS13 thugs, to mention only one brand of killing evil barbarians (We are leaving the Crips and the Bloods out of this discussion, aren ‘t we? Can’t be racist….) is the reason for the militia in the first place.

We here in VA are now up to 94 santuary counties and still going. Norstrum has now declaired that any law inforcement officer that refuses to confiscate guns in the 2A santuary cities are subject to arrest or fines. Also if the local law inforcement does not comply then Norstrom will use Natiional Guard. This man has to go. Evil through and through. He is beyond liberal. He’s a nut job.

Tazewell County, Virginia has incorporated a militia addendum into their county’s 2A sanctuary resolution. It deserves a look, given that they had significant scholarly and legal input into the process. Trying to attack it in the courtroom is going to be kinda like trying to pass a ball of barbed wire….
This just may be the tool necessary to bring this kind of state encroachment to a halt at the county level.

Saw where some idiot suggest withholding state funds from those counties who passed 2ndA Sanctuary laws.
Could those counties declare they can or would withhold state level taxes?
