I’ve done a lot of this in my careers. I like that he covers the difference in availability of hospitals and austere environments.
One thing that surprises me is the firefighters and ambulance crews don’t really seem to care about when you placed a tourniquet or applied a clotting agent. The big city ones assume they are within minutes of the event and the country ones don’t seem to know what to do with it. I’ve even gotten some rude responses. just don’t be surprised if it happens
