    As many/most major cities go the way of NYC, will truckers deliver to Baltimore, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, and on and on? If not the big cities may start emptying out, bans and roadblocks be damned. All bets are off if panic and starvation begins despite the gov best efforts.

    I’m not really into conspiracy theories. I suppose the Chinese or Russians would do some pretty desperate things, but bugger the whole planet? For that you would have to look to science fiction.
