I get the need to reopen the economy, but do we even know if this thing has played out?
As I mentioned in another thread, NYC maybe hitting its peak. That is just NYC. That is NOT a reflection of the rest of the state.
It is as if the MSM is hanging the outcome all on NYC.
How much have we seen of how things are playing out in other big cities? Some. Here and there. But not the coverage NYC is getting.

They already know that if they open things up much there will be a second wave, yet they may open it too soon anyway. But, then what is too soon? Lots of things I was able to get before the run started, like 8 packs of tuna, 2 lb cheese, 6 packs of  vienna sausage are now reduced to single cans, 8 oz, and single cans (if any at all). Better to open it too soon than have the food chain collapse. Still a lot of people going in small grocery stores. I have no idea what the working poor with no jobs are doing for food. Food banks help some but not everybody. I just pray the starving hordes breaking into houses doesn’t start. That’s worth a second wave to me. I’m not going out other than walmart pickup, drug store and bank for the foreseeable future anyway. I got our expenses down where we can live on SS anyway. Used to eat a lot of fast food, my expenses have dropped dramatically without that expense, but boy do I miss it!

If you live in a state with legalized pot , then get THC/ CBD’s for pain management .
