If they ever go after the guns big time, and we know the want too, the hearing after 14 days will never happen. Even if it did no doubt the judge would rule against the gun owner. ANY FORM OF A RED FLAG LAW WILL BE THE END OF GUNS! Or start civil war 2.0.

There have bèen 3500 red flag law used in Florida since it has been put in place… what makes you think virgina will be any different?

You get guns taken on hearsay and need to prove you are innocent… guns gone one day 6-9 weeks before return.

In many states with red flag laws there us nothing to prevent the person from buying another gun after having theirs confiscated. You can view that as a plus, or not. I do wonder though, do they have to get a new order to take the replacements?
