They advanced 7 of the original 8 gun bills. The left out the ban on assault weapons. That’s good, but I wouldn’t call it victory. They are advancing the “red flag” bill. That, in opinion, is actually more dangerous to our freedom than an assault weapons ban. What could they use as a pretext to red flag somebody? That’s a long list. Let’s see, you or any member of your immediate family has EVER seen a psych, made a public or private threat, a DUI, argued about guns, been drunk in public, been in a public fight or brawl, ever belonged to an “extremist right wing organization” like, I don’t know, the Republication party, a religious organization, protested against planned parenthood, and probably 100 more excuses. Oh, the big one, they red flag people that own guns, all of them!

Just more reasons to leave VA.  There are things going on in VA that we haven’t even heard about behind the scenes. Norsthrum wants to try to make being gove. for 8 year term instead of 4.  I say 3 years and some good old fashion jail time.  This man is crazy.

    Ladies and gentlemen,

First, put the pins back in.

This is going to be settled in the courts.
Either common sense prevails or the SCOTUS will make the final decision. In either case, getting your underoos in a bind doesn’t help anyone.

Clean ’em, load ’em, store ’em.
But don’t do anything stupid while the line in the sand is still in the sand.

    Part 2:

Shut up about it, remember the word premeditated.
Shut up, if no one knows, no one can tell.

You have the right to remain silent, do you have the ability?
