What does fema have to do with nano metal particles? Does this have connection to wild fires? Is it same nano metals found in NYC?

I think they are trying to emphasize the extreme heat the recent fires have produced.

Nano metals are not naturally occurring. Where are they comming from a side effect of Chem trails? From water bombers dropping retardant ?
