I have a bad sweet tooth lol so I do have a lifetime of different sugars at hand. Butter and milk eggs are all produced here on farm along with honey. No maple but we have 80 gallons of birch syrup finished from this year. It tastes like birch syrup it has kind of a spearmint after taste. A soda brand Boylan makes birch syrup flavor if you want to try.
