I mentioned this to a friend last week. What if a corona like virus comes out of China every year? The new normal?

This is an attempt to “normalize” the news and make it less alarming. That way the herd won’t start moving. Same as the spate of articles that came out stating that the normal flue was more prevalent and causing more deaths. This is not that. Not near.
