    Real attack?
    Or lack of maintenance?

If that’s an EMP, I bet it was a test. I’m not sure who was testing (Us? China? Russia?) but that was a test.

    EMP?

Hardly. While it might sound good for the .gov of Venezuela, we are just looking at the next Zimbabwe.

Years of neglect, zero maintenance and service, and the people that know how to fix everything have left.

How can I say this? Simple. Anymore theres zero chance of some “official” getting away with ordering something like this without it hitting twitter before the switch is pulled. There are so many leaks that nothing is secret anymore

This isn’t 1965, no one keeps secrets anymore, even if they try.

Would need to see reports of other electronics getting fried in the immediate area of the alleged attack.
Could equally be a cyber-grid attack.
    Or lack of maintenance.
